Project Background Brief

Cre8tive Rooms were tasked with creating three luxury smart homes featuring the latest, high end technology that represented the quality and standard of the properties.

Particular Challenges

The team at Cre8tive Rooms wanted to create a high tech environment that was easy to use, complimented the internal design and that would ultimately assist the developer with the onward sale of the properties.

The developer wanted to create smart homes that would appeal to a wide range of potential buyers – including the very technical, the busy professional or someone that wanted the simplest of systems.

Products Used

Cre8tive Rooms installed a full Savant home automation system that enables the user to access and manage their home via an easy to use app or simple remote control. Speakers were specifically designed and installed into ceilings and walls, ensuring that audio can be distributed across all rooms in the house as well as multi room distributed video, allowing the homeowner to access multiple sources of entertainment from any television.

Rako lighting controls was installed throughout the properties to create the perfect environment. Rako Controls was chosen because of the incredible flexibility and reliability that comes with the brand and the keypad cover plates are simplistic, easy to use and fit perfectly with the contemporary house build and interior design.

CCTV was also installed with the ability to control and manage the system via a chosen smart device - a desirable feature in keeping these luxurious properties safe.

Finally, automated blinds were installed and controlled by the Savant app. They work perfectly with the floor to ceiling glass and fit in seamlessly with the contemporary design of the properties.
